I run for county track, the Utah Project club and Mercury Track Club. Also run cross country. Also run road races usually 5K. Member of Bantam Boys National Cross Country Championship Team. Also went to Nationals in Kansas in 2007.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running Run another 1/2 marathon and a marathon. Become a top runner.  Run like Pre

Im 11 years old. I also play basketball,soccer, football and baseball. I love sports and school too

Today we had practice but we went to Cottonwood Park instead of practice. First I ran the coarse slowly, then I did some hills. Then I ran some intervals. Next I did my cool down with my dog and Dad.

I went to Cottonwood Park to get the coarse well memorized. My Dad was cutting some branches for the coarse.

Had the state meet. I got second to Eli. I got an pretty good time. I got a silver medal. I got SECOND in state. I felt pretty good overall. I felt happpy to get second in state. I wanted someone to be there to push me but I knew I would have to try to push myself. I improved a lot from last year(36 seconds). I was hoping for a better time. My goal is to do way better in regional, and to get All American in Nationals.

Team practice in dark at murray park. we ran 2 minute fast 2 minute slow and 1 minute fast 1 minute slow drills. Also did warmup, cooldown and dynamic stretches

Had to get up early for regionals. I was feeling really good. I had some oatmeal for breakfast. I did OK. Our team got first which was a supprise. I improved from place 19 from last year to place 11.             I started out too fast. I was within two tenths of a second from my time of state at this regionals. I got a medal for getting in the top 20, and a trophy for our team getting 1st. Things I need to work are getting a little slower start, work on form, keep my head up, do a long warmup, do the up hills faster. Things I did good on were down hills, landing on the middle of my foot, long warmup, not think about tiredness and pain. i felt I did prettyy good overall. I am going to nationals in December to Lawrence,Kansas. I am really excited to got to nationals.

Then I had competetive basketball practice at Fort Herrimann Middle School. We did 2 hours of scrimmages. I had a lot of fun.

Then I had Jr. Jazz practice for an hour

Ran 6.1 miles with my dad for training for nationals then did a little running back ot my dad. it was really beautiful. we were running in Washington.on logging roads .It was kind of cold.

Ran on a logging road in Washington with my dad. i have been training really hard so I can get in the top 25, I hope. I ran really hard then a slow jog for about 100 meters. I enjoyed running oon the logging road.
