I run for county track, the Utah Project club and Mercury Track Club. Also run cross country. Also run road races usually 5K. Member of Bantam Boys National Cross Country Championship Team. Also went to Nationals in Kansas in 2007.

Long-Term Running Goals:
Continue running Run another 1/2 marathon and a marathon. Become a top runner. Run like Pre

Im 11 years old. I also play basketball,soccer, football and baseball. I love sports and school too

My Dad and I went to mill creek to run to the end of the road and back. It was a hot day. There was a lot of beautifut scenary.

Yes it was a long run, it was really fun,my Dad ran with me.My legs were sore and tired, but I like running in the mountains. My legs are Ok now
excellent workout keep up the excellent training and you will most defenitly improve in running.
