Race was same as Draper race but started later. I think they should have started it earlier at 7:00 as the sun isnt up. The last mile had the sun in my eyes which I did not like. I wanted to do better but still got my best time of year i also really got a pr as my dad said this was a certofide 5K, I easily won my age group and beat lucas and dakota also. My time was better than draper race. i am also running with not much training as im busy now as we are movin, I dont know my overall place I won another medal

We now live in Washington, ran with my dad and dog, see my dads report. I ran about 1.5 mile more than Dad doing some sprints running and coming back to him. Goodbye to my friends in Utah

I almost won the 5k. It was a trail race. I lost to a 18 year old but i got 2nd place and beat all runners but him. The race was in the forest and had some bridges, I started to get lost sometimes. This is only 3  times Ive run all month as we moved and have been unpacking

Ran today in the 5k at Bremerton. I ran a good race today. I got a PR which made me happy. I broke 20 minutes

The course was OK except that you had to do 3 laps instead of a loop. The Navy recruits from the navy base were there. I would have done better but with the laps the slow people got in the way and the biggest problem was that on last lap i had to pass the group of navy guys and there was about 100 of them. I think I could have gotten 19:50 at least still i were 16th of 179 runners

I also had to race again against high school kids in my age group which I dont think is fair as they are much older and run on their high school team. but I know I will beat them someday. They didnt give much for prizes just ribbons

afterwards my dad and I went to the docks and had a hotdog and blackberry desert and saw a navy destroyer ship
