Went running in the morning. Did that 5K again and improved my time it is pretty steep. I improved by 1:30 from last time, and then did a 1 mile cool down.
Then went hiking for 3 miles at the beach and ran about 2 miles , we went out on the jetty.
We went running tonight. Did not do the same loop did the 4 mile loop in 37 minutes. Saw some hawks and some other birds. |
