| i ran a good race. My Dad said I looked relaxed and had better form. I beat everyone except for a fast kid from Seattle who was older than me. This was PR for cross country. Luckily rain stopped but race was slippery. I slipped at beginning of race. It had a stairs, a steep hill and ran by a lake. I also joined a new running team they are called the Federal way flyers. I will run for them at meets but cant go to practices as we had to drive 3 hours to get to race. On way back my dad and i stopped and played football at one park and walked along beach at another park. The next day i went to a marine museum, got second place in a soccer contest, watched hydroplane race and practiced basketball | Comments(3) |
