I run for county track, the Utah Project club and Mercury Track Club. Also run cross country. Also run road races usually 5K. Member of Bantam Boys National Cross Country Championship Team. Also went to Nationals in Kansas in 2007.

Goal beat 20 minutes for 5K. Goal 6 minute for a mile Run some more 10K Go to Nationals in Cross-Country again and get All-American honors (top 25)

Long-Term Running Goals:

Continue running Run another 1/2 marathon and a marathon. Become a top runner.  Run like Pre

Im 11 years old. I also play basketball,soccer, football and baseball. I love sports and school too

I ran for fun as im in 6th grade and you have to be in 7th and 8th to run. I only lost to Adrian and he is one of the best. I ran so-so. Didnt push myself enough. Much of race is on narrow curvy trails finish is on the road

I thought I gave it my all but I haven't been training that much since the end of cross country,just for the past couple of days.
