Ran saturday at westport washington It was a 5 mile race and I did good. I averaged 6:06 miles. I was 9th place of all runners. We ran by the ocean and a lighthouse. Afterwards I drove go-carts and went to ocean

This is about 5 minutes faster than when I ran Sashas 5 mile in Provo wnen I visited my Mom. I ran the Murray July 4 5k race there

I went to running camp for a week at fort flagler. i was youngest runner at camp being 12 years old everyone else was in high school

In June and July I ran track. I was 2nd in USATF 3000 meter at 10:50 i also did well in other races and long jump high jump javelin and penthalon. Thats all I remember now
